The Material of Carpet gives us the option of choosing between the following 3 materials

(1) Silk : The Diamonds in Carpet, the Silk Carpet is the best quality one can ever get in carpets .A Silk carpet will  always be a single knotted carpet (as silk carpet are not double knotted) and you can choose either the carpet to be a  (a) Silk with Silk base (aka Silk on Silk carpet) or  (b) Silk with Cotton base (aka Silk on Cotton carpet). The description part will give you information as if it is a silk on silk carpet or a silk on cotton carpet.

(2) Wool : Wool Carpets can be of  both Single Knottage or Double Knottage quality ,unlike the silk carpets .Besides the wool carpets also vary with the quality of wool used . It can either be (a) Fine Wool (b) Local wool

(3) Natural Dye : To give the carpet a real old / antique look ,natural dye carpets are made. These  carpets  are really special as they are made using natural dye i.e. no chemicals but color being extracted from plants and other natural sources.
